Project Highlights:

The end user purchased a Wartsila power plant (2000 model) with limited information on its maintenance history.

Plant Configuration:

2 x 18V 34 SG + 3 x 18V 28 SG, operating at 6.6 kV, grid synchronized at 20 kV.

Scope of Work :

• Major overhauling of 1 x 18V 34 SG and 1 x 18V 28 SG.
• Re-commissioning of 3 x 18V 28 SG and 2 x 18V 34 SG.
• Replaced pistons with piston rings, main bearings, cylinder liners, etc.
• Turbo charger maintenance work.
